Affiliate Program Terms

To participate in the VoxAffiliates Affiliate Program, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have a valid email address and create an account on VoxAffiliates • Agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and our general Terms of Service • Not be a resident of any country subject to trade sanctions • Not promote VoxAffiliates products through spam, misleading advertising, or prohibited methods VoxAffiliates reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

Affiliates earn a 50% commission on every qualifying sale generated through their unique referral link. Commission Rates: • Standard rate: 50% of the net sale price (after any discounts) • Product-specific rates may vary and will be displayed on the product page • Commission is calculated on the final amount paid by the customer, excluding taxes Commission Status Flow: • Pending: Commission is held for 7 days after purchase (refund window) • Available: Commission becomes available for withdrawal after the refund window • Paid: Commission has been transferred to your payout account Commissions are denominated in USD regardless of the customer's payment currency.

Referral tracking works as follows:• When a visitor clicks your affiliate link, a 30-day referral cookie is set in their browser• If the visitor makes a purchase within 30 days, you earn the commission• Cookie duration: 30 days from the last click• Last-click attribution: If a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent affiliate earns the commission• Self-referral is strictly prohibited — you cannot earn commissions on your own purchases• Referral attribution requires cookies to be enabled in the visitor's browser

Payout Requirements: • Minimum payout threshold: $20.00 • Payouts are processed within 1–5 business days of request • Available payout methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer (NEFT/SWIFT), UPI, Wise Payout Schedule: • You may request a payout at any time once your available balance meets the minimum threshold • Payouts are not automatic — you must submit a payout request through your dashboard Tax Obligations: • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned • VoxAffiliates may request tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN) for affiliates earning over $600/year (US) or equivalent thresholds in other jurisdictions • VoxAffiliates does not withhold taxes from affiliate payments

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions: • Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages promoting your affiliate link • Cookie stuffing: Artificially inflating clicks or attributions • Misleading advertising: Making false claims about VoxAffiliates products • Trademark bidding: Bidding on "VoxAffiliates" or related trademarks in paid search without prior written approval • Self-referral: Purchasing through your own affiliate link • Incentivized clicks: Paying or incentivizing others to click your affiliate link without making a genuine purchase • Coupon misuse: Creating or distributing unauthorized coupon codes • Adult content: Promoting VoxAffiliates on adult or illegal content websites • Negative SEO: Creating content that disparages competitors in a misleading way

VoxAffiliates reserves the right to: • Terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause • Withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is suspected pending investigation • Modify commission rates with 30 days' notice to active affiliates• Discontinue the affiliate program with 60 days' notice Upon termination: • Any available balance will be paid out within 30 days, provided no fraud is detected • Pending commissions (within the 7-day refund window) will be forfeited • Your affiliate links will stop tracking new referrals immediately

VoxAffiliates may update these Affiliate Program Terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop participating in the program and request any available balance be paid out.

VoxAffiliates' liability to affiliates is limited to the unpaid commission balance in your account at the time of any dispute. VoxAffiliates is not liable for: • Lost profits or revenue beyond earned commissions • Technical failures that temporarily prevent tracking • Changes in commission rates with proper notice • Actions taken against your account due to policy violations The affiliate program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Affiliate Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By joining the VoxAffiliates Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms in their entirety. Last updated: October 2026
