Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything sold on Vox Affiliates is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.
How delivery works
- Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your products are added to My Library in your account.
- We also email a receipt to the address on your account with a link to your downloads.
- Products are delivered as downloadable files (for example PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JSON or TXT) or as tools you use on our website.
- You can download your products again at any time from My Library.
If you don't receive your product
- Check My Library while signed in with the email you used to buy.
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the receipt email.
- If the product is still missing an hour after payment, email support@voxaffiliates.com with your order number. We reply within 2 business days, and products that cannot be delivered are refunded in full.
Delivery area
Our products are available to customers anywhere they can be legally purchased. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Buyers billed in India pay the rupee equivalent at our published rate, including GST; buyers elsewhere pay in US dollars.

If you have a complaint about a product, order, payment or our service, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
