Checkout is handled by Razorpay, so you can pay with UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking and supported wallets.

If a payment fails after money leaves your account, it is automatically returned to you by your bank, usually within 5–7 business days. If your order shows as paid but you can't see your products, email support@voxaffiliates.com with your order number.

Yes. Purchases stay in your library and can be downloaded again at any time, including future updates to the product.

Enter the code at checkout and press Apply — the discount is shown before you pay. Each coupon has its own conditions, such as an expiry date, minimum spend or one use per customer.

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are given when a product is faulty, not as described, not delivered, or you were charged twice. Request it within 7 days — see our refund policy.

Confirming your email makes sure receipts, downloads and password resets reach you. You need a confirmed email to buy, join the affiliate program or request a payout. The link is in the welcome email; you can resend it from the bar at the bottom of the page.

50% of the price the customer pays for each product bought through your link, excluding GST. For example, on a $7.99 product bought in India you earn $3.38, paid in rupees at our current rate. Sales outside India have no GST, so you earn on the full price. If the customer uses a coupon, commission is calculated on the discounted price.

180 days from the click. If the visitor later clicks a different affiliate's link, the most recent link gets the credit.

Each commission is held for 14 days to cover refunds, then becomes available. You can request a payout once your available balance is at least ₹500.

No. Purchases made through your own link do not earn commission.

The commission for that sale is reversed. This is why commissions are held for 14 days before they can be withdrawn.
