⚠️ All digital product sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products
Because our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final.
Exceptions
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- The product file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours
- The product description was materially misleading
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@voxaffiliates.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Affiliate Commissions
If an order is refunded, any associated affiliate commission will be reversed. Affiliates will be notified of reversals via email.
