Payment Terms

• Prices are set in US dollars (USD). If your billing country is India, you pay the rupee equivalent at our published rate, including GST, and receive a GST tax invoice. Anywhere else, you pay in US dollars and receive an export invoice without Indian GST. The exact amount and currency are shown before you pay.
• Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
• The amount you pay is the amount shown on the Pay button at checkout.

• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Accepted methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and supported wallets.
• Your order is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms that the payment was captured. You then receive an email receipt and immediate access to your products.
• You must have a confirmed email address on your account to place an order.

• If a payment fails but money left your account, it is reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days.
• If you were charged twice for the same order, email billing@voxaffiliates.com with both transaction references and we will refund the duplicate.
• An order that is not paid stays pending and does not give access to any product.

• Coupons must be entered at checkout before payment and cannot be applied afterwards.
• Each coupon has its own conditions, which may include an expiry date, a minimum order value, a total number of uses and a limit per customer.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be combined unless stated.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and access to the refunded products is removed.

• Commission is 50% of the amount the customer actually pays for each product, excluding GST and after any coupon discount, unless a different rate is shown for that product.
• A sale is credited to an affiliate if the customer buys within 180 days of clicking their link. If the customer clicks another affiliate's link, the most recent link gets the credit.
• New commissions are held for 14 days to allow for refunds. After that they become available for payout.
• If an order is refunded, its commission is reversed. Commission found to come from self-purchases, fraud or rule-breaking is cancelled.

• You can request a payout once your available balance is at least ₹500.
• Payouts are sent by bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI to the payout details saved in your affiliate account, normally within 7 business days of approval.
• The details you provide must be in your own name. We may ask for identity and tax details (such as PAN) before the first payout.
• Where Indian law requires it, tax (TDS) is deducted from payouts and the deduction is reported against your PAN.
• If a payout request is rejected, the amount returns to your available balance and we email you the reason.
