By accessing or using VoxAffiliates ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Digital Products
All products sold on VoxAffiliates are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased products for personal or commercial use as specified per product.
3. Affiliate Program
Participation in the VoxAffiliates affiliate program is subject to the Affiliate Terms. Affiliates may not engage in self-referral, spam, misleading advertising, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Commission rates and tiers are subject to change with 30 days notice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including product files, descriptions, and branding, is owned by VoxAffiliates or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
VoxAffiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoxAffiliates operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
